Green Meadow Country Estate brings country living to town – an established retirement community with spacious new apartments under construction

Priced at R1,165-million (including VAT) for a one-bedroom (73m2) and R1,650-million (including VAT) for a two-bedroom apartment (103m2), these are prime investment opportunities. The developers are offering a 5% discount for their “Pay As We Build” plan, which requires six payments over six months, as your build progresses.
