It’s simply a matter of learning which hair colour, clothing, and makeup suits your skin tone

Fay and Megan are specialists in this field and showed Elaine Alleson of Westville how to make the most of what she has with a Colour and Figure Analysis. Trends come and go, but style is timeless and this simply comes from learning the colours and styles that work for you.

“Elaine is an ‘autumn’ with warm skin tones and so her grey, highlighted hair did not complement her skin tone,” Fay explains. “Neither did the light pastel shades that she loved to wear. We brought a lot more warmth into her colours, which made Elaine look younger, vibrant and beautiful.”

Grant Harper used medium brunette golden blonde to bring much-needed warmth into Elaine’s hair.

All the clothing in the “after” photo is from Fay and Megan’s own range, Seasons, which they have designed to flatter all body shapes and skin tones. Everything is locally made and available at their beautiful shop in the Delcairn Centre, Kloof, which is open to the public.
