At MorleyMiller, every kitchen is bespoke, every detail is intensely personal

Natasha Miller is MorleyMiller, and together with colleague Wendy Le Roux, they are the creative minds behind their exquisite bespoke kitchen designs. Natasha has been designing kitchens for over 20 years, and for both her and Wendy, their driving force is family: “We love creating spaces where a family can spend time together – that lifestyle is our departure point,” says Natasha.

The MorleyMiller team is always au fait with what’s trending in kitchens worldwide – from designs, colours and textures, to new materials and smart technologies. Matt greys, charcoals or “greige” cupboard doors offset with an unexpected element: wood veneer floating shelves or a high gloss white splashback – organic or contrast touches which interrupt vast expanses of clean colour or sleek Neolith or Caesarstone countertops.

Still, says Natasha, “At MorleyMiller, as much as we pride ourselves on being first with a trend, we encourage our clients to retain a timelessness for the kitchen’s core. We add exciting contemporary elements like rose gold taps, industrial black steel or illuminated marble, which could, later, be interchangeable without reinventing the entire kitchen. For us, a kitchen must not only integrate visually as part of the home, but must function specifically for that homeowner’s lifestyle. Flow is critical.

And no two MorleyMiller kitchens are identical, much the same as their interaction with clients differs from one to another. “Increasingly, a kitchen is about so much more than food. We design exciting, intriguing, functional and, of course, truly beautiful kitchens, all the while ensuring that the MorleyMiller customer’s journey is treated with the utmost attention and finesse,” smiles Natasha.

“We want our designs to reflect our customers’ personality and to truly achieve a bespoke personalised space. To do this we first immerse ourselves in our customers’ needs – then incorporate the latest trends and materials into the design,” says Natasha.

Clearly, Natasha and Wendy are passionate about what they do, for their enthusiasm, ability to think out the box, and attention to detail in every single kitchen is visible in their designs.
