East Coast Radio Durban Day in association with the Sunday Times is seen by many as a highlight on KZN’s events calendar. It’s a chance for the whole family to enjoy some of the country’s top bands live in a relaxed setting while basking in Durban’s warm spring weather.
Last year more than 8 000 people delighted in having great local artists perform in the province. This year’s full line-up has been revealed and should have wide appeal with it offering genres like Jazz, Pop, Rock and everything in between.
The line-up is as follows:
The station’s General Manager Trish Taylor says: “East Coast Radio Durban Day is a fantastic family day out. It is an opportunity to enjoy great music in one of our city’s most beautiful open spaces. We’re so proud to be bringing East Coasters one of the best line-ups yet, so be sure not to miss out!”
Aside from the on stage entertainment, there will also be a Kids Zone to keep little ones entertained. The secure area will boast face painting, balloon sculpting and jumping castles. There will also be a wide variety of food and beverages on sale.
Tickets are available through Computicket at the cost of R100 each. Children under 12 years of age enter for free.
