SUPER QUICK AND EASY TO WHIP UP, HERE’S A FIRM FAVOURITE THAT’S SURE TO IMPRESS
- 1kg prawns
- 6 tbsp Gorima’s Seafood/Prawn Marinade
- 6 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil or butter ¥1⁄2 cup cream
- 4 tbsp Gorima’s Mrs Mall Peri-Peri Sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
For the prawns: Marinade prawns in seafood/prawn marinade. Pan fry prawns in olive oil or butter.
For the sauce: Sauté garlic in olive oil or butter. Add cream and Mrs Mall Peri-Peri Sauce, cook for 5 minutes. Once cooked, pour sauce over the fried prawns and garnish with parsley. Serve on a bed of rice.
